Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Tokavy. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Pro plan subscriptions. The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore no refunds apply.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only. To request a refund within this window, contact us at team@tokavy.com with your registered email address and order ID.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial charge are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
3. Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If your payment renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee refunds for renewals beyond this window.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, you must contact us separately as outlined above.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.
Refunds are processed by our third-party payment providers back to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial charge (unless under the renewal 48-hour exception)
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to misuse
- Partial-month usage of the Pro plan
- Requests citing reasons unrelated to the Service (e.g., financial circumstances)
7. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at team@tokavy.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
